Samsung flip update bug issue

After the recent update the notification sounds is muted. Caller tune is tuned down to volume 1 which can not be heard. 

All the other notification are vibrating.

Please help what to do?

Setting ko reset kar lo.

Settings → Sounds & vibration → Volume
– Increase Ringtone and Notification sliders manually
Turn off Do Not Disturb and Sound mode = Sound
Settings → Notifications → Recently sent → All apps
– Open key apps → enable Sound and set a tone
Settings → Accessibility → Hearing enhancements
– Turn off Mute all sounds / Reduce loud sounds
Restart the phone

If it still drops automatically, reset app preferences or check for a software patch this is a known post-update bug on some Flip models.
