My samsung s21 ultra 5G randomly (During normal use of the phone, or sometime even not using the phone) restarts after the software update around rougly 3 weeks ago.

Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G
SM-G998N
One UI Version 7.0
Android Version 15
SIM: 1Sim
I tried:
Turning off Auto Restart mode in Device Care
Safe mode
Cleared Cache partition using boot menu
Removed recent installed app
Reset all settings
Removed alot of files from the memory
Used the phone without SIM Card
Cleared Google Play Services Cache
Cleared Google Playstor Cache
Cleared Android System Webview Cache
Check for another system update (No update available)
None of them worked, will you be so kind and help me fix this problem? I don't want to hard reset the phone because I have alot of photos in it.
It looks like a software issue after the One UI 7 update not a normal settings problem especially since you already tried safe mode and cache clear. Check battery health if battery is unstable phone may restart randomly. Turn OFF auto optimization in Device Care sometimes triggers restarts. Go to Developer Options turn on disable hw overlays temporary test. Check if any system app like Samsung System UI is crashing in error logs. If the issue still happens then it’s most likely a bug in the update.
