I wonder why you didn't got the Update because every carrier/country got the update and so I'm also using it. Make sure you don't have any unauthorized software interference and re-check software update!

Did app in pc then attach Ur mobile to pc through original cable also Ur pc connect with net then u open smart switch while connecting Ur mobile u got an update option there
