I think there is a small gap between the right side of my back glass and the frame. 

When i press the back glass the gap dissappears . Its a very small gap like no one will notice it until a person looks at it very closely and press the glass . Is this normal or will this destroy the water resistance?

Is the phone is in warranty, get it replaced. If not, then avoid taking it in water.

Yes its in warranty but i dont know if i should trust the service centre here in pakistan . Will my phone be water resistant after they change it.

It is not normal. May b heat cause glue to melt down, I think. Or maybe it's a quality control issue. In both cases, you should immediately contact Samsung service center to claim the issue.

I showed it to someone he couldn't notice it its so less that only looking at it very closely than someone can notice it
