I recently acquired a brand-new Samsung S24 Ultra, which unfortunately shares a recurring issue with my previous S24 Ultra device. Despite exercising utmost care, the power button became loose and tilted towards the upper side, noticeable to the touch, after only two weeks of usage.

Prior to this, I had purchased a pre-owned S24 Ultra that exhibited the same problem, leading me to believe it was a result of the previous owner's handling. Consequently, I returned that device and opted for a brand-new, sealed unit.

Regrettably, despite my transition from iPhone to Samsung, I find myself questioning my decision due to these persistent issues.

No. I'm not using anything. Though the button is working properly, it is tilted.

If one side of the power button is pressed, it bends. IMG-20240617-WA0036_1000092258_1718632510.jpgIMG-20240617-WA0035_1000092257_1718632507.jpg

Samsung k power button aese hi hote hn.
Less choppy, or removable.

Keep using, no issues. If you still not satisfied, go for a good case.

Thank you brother. I am just confirming if anyone else is facing such issue.

I am new to Samsung and the button was initially okay like an Iphone. Now, it is loose and very irritating for me.

If this is common to everyone, then this is not an issue at all. If I am the only one facing this, then better to consult Samsung Service Center as the phone is brand new. Thanks

It's not loosely actually. Samsung provide replaceable buttons, that's why they're like that.

You can see the videos on internet also.

I have same issue. Just 3weeks old. Bought it brand new. Had the same issue with my S10 but that was after 3years or so. I get your frustration

Same here. Bought a brand new S23 FE and it had the same issue, with the power button being loose and wobbly, but it is no big deal
