S22 Ultra White line

After visiting three different Samsung service centers near my house, I met 12 other people with the same line issue on their S22 Ultra, just like mine. To my surprise, only one person was offered a free screen replacement.
 
Five others were turned away because they had only the box and original cable but no bill (brand expect them to carry the bill for lifetime while their phone just worked for mere 1 and half year), and six, including myself, were rejected due to "physical damage." In my case, a small scratch on the display frame was enough for them to deny the free replacement.
 
It feels like Samsung is filtering out over 95% of users under the pretense of offering free screen replacements. After speaking with other users experiencing the same issue, many seem done with Samsung.
 
I had given the brand another chance after my S7 Edge had a green line issue and purchased a brand new S22 Ultra 2years ago, but here we are again with the same frustrating problem and their poor policies. 
 

Meanwhile, Vivo India and Oneplus India are offering free screen replacements to all customers as long as they bring either the bill or box. They’re not treating minor scratches/dents on the frame as physical damage. My cousins had a great experience at their service centers.

So Samsung Policy is clear, They Acknowledge the fault and provide 1-2% users out of everyone who is facing the issue with FOC screen replacement and minimize the loss for their own mistake. Because filtering out is so easy and no big tech guy is talking about it when everyone is suffering to this extent.

In the end they convinced me it was my mistake to purchase a phone of Samsung brand.
So I will never gonna make this mistake in my whole life. Will share my experience with everyone out their so that others also learn from my experience with this....... company.
