Galaxy SI am experiencing a display issue on my Galaxy S22 Ultra that appears to be related to the 120Hz refresh rate. When Motion Smoothness is set to Adaptive, a bright horizontal white line appears near the top of the screen, and there is noticeable flickering and uneven brightness. This issue seems to improve when Power Saving Mode is enabled, which limits the refresh rate to 60Hz. I have ensured that my software is up to date, but the problem persists. Based on online discussions, this seems to be a known issue affecting other users as well.

Sad to hear it. Yes this is a common issue. S22 users also got this green line and white lines. It occurs when the display get very hot. Yes when using 120HZ it's high. I recommend you to only use 60HZ because it will reduce getting future lines in the display. If you only got your device from a Samsung Authorised centre just message and see whether you can get a free screen replacement. Other than that you will need to pay the full amount to put a new display sadly.
If my comment helped you in any way. Please consider hitting the 3 dot menu of my comment and accept it as a solution. It would be helpful for me a lot.
Thank you 😊
