One of my friends is planning to purchase the Galaxy S24 Ultra, and I also recently got one. I’ve seen reports about the green line display issue on some Samsung phones—my friend’s S23 Ultra already has 5 lines appearing on the screen.
Has Samsung completely fixed this issue in the S24 Ultra, or is there still a risk of the same problem occurring? Any feedback or experiences from S24 Ultra users would be really helpful!
Hi S24 Ultra also have a small risk of getting green line. Because few users have reported it around the world. Samsung has not completely fixed the green line issue in the S24 Series. After another 2 or 3 years with the display being used. There is a small chance in getting the green lines. But the chance is less compared to the S23 Series. Because S24 Ultra uses a newer display technology using M13 materials compared to the S23 Ultra.

In my opinion if your friend could go for the S25 Ultra by paying a little more it would be good. Because the S25 Ultra has a lower chance of getting the greenline compared to S24 Ultra.
