I have an S24 Ultra. The S Pen has a touch problem; it is not working in certain areas of the screen. The touch sensitivity of the S Pen is also a bit hard. How can I get it to work properly?

Do you have a screen protector installed? If so, it may be causing the problem. Try removing it or applying a different one.

I really appreciate your response. I have changed the protector, but the problem persists.

If you're using Metallic/ Magnetic case, remove that.

If you're not using magnetic case, then you need to debug the issue by trying the same pen on some other Phone.

Really appreciate your reply. I am using a magnetic case. I have tried it without case, but still, there are some regions where it stops working if I draw a line.

Actually this problem arises because of magnetic cases, as pen coil gets interrupted by magnetic field of those cases.

If you're still facing issues without case, try to confirm is it a stylus-pen issue or device's. To check that try your pen on some other phone, and also try other stylus on your phone.
