Since the day I've bought my new S24 Ultra, I have been facing network issues. The network suddenly vanishes and goes away even in the middle of a conversation. I can not do any online meetings, even my daughter's online classes are not conducted through my mobile, and there is always call drops.
This thing keeps getting repeated like 100 times a day and more.
Sometimes the notification bar shows emergency calls only and I have to restart my mobile to restore the network.
I've shown it to Samsung service center and they asked me for a binary update, which will wipe out my all the data.
In my S24 New Device, when I use different service carrier SIM in Dual Sim Slots, there is Network Issues, call not reachable. How can I solve the issues? Any troubleshooting throw setting please.
Its happening with my s21 fe too and nothing wrong with the network providers since i tried the sim with snapdragon processors. A lot of people are facing the same problem but the influencers never point that out because Samsung spends good money on PR than on addressing the problem.
