How to turn off flash messages

Guys, I'm tired of these bombardment. My phone is my private space, I should not have to deal with ads from my cellular network. How does one turn them off? Please guide. 🙏

Promotional messages off karny ka tareeeka hota hai har network ka. Mainy Jazz k band kar diye hain. Zong helpline pe call kar k dekh lo ya unki website pe hoga
