Galaxy SI am facing exact same issue with Jazz eSim purchased yesterday on 29th May 2024. I got to the bottom of the issue and I found that Jazz eSim activation server is not working on backend i.e. mbk.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com
I tried following but didn't work.
- Reboot multiple times.
- Used Reset Network Settings Options.
- Deleted eSim from iPhone from Reset option and added again.
- Tried every guide on Youtube and Google. Nothing worked.
The sim gets stuck on Activating status and it is there for last 24 hours. I sent an email to Jazz Support team. No response from them so far. Visited franchise twice. They can't understand anything.
This issue is not Phone specific. This is issue with activation of new eSim of Jazz. I think no one can activate new Jazz eSim for last few days. I'm not sure how long it will take to fix.

Galaxy SYes it is PTA Approved. Both slots. physical and esim both are approved.

Galaxy SIf you want to utilize eSim slot. Then I suggest you to buy ONIC or Ufone Sim.

Galaxy SThey charged me 2k. the official price is 2k mentioned on their site. but they should refund this to customers. i think you should wait for few days. the issue will be resolved and then you can activate esim.
