Display problem

I'm using Galaxy S21 ultra from date of its release

And it was working well but suddenly my phone screen becomes black and white and i don't understand why it isn't turning back to colorful i tried every possible setting but couldn't found anything useful

Yup i found out later it was due to bedtime mode 😴
