I ordered the phone on 27th Jan, received the set on 11th Feb. But did not received the buds pro as promised. Samsun says I can redeam it through samsung members app. But no vouchure available in my app. More than 2 months have passed and samsung agents are not compromising at all. They even not giving me the complaint number. So I have decided to reach the consumer court.
Hopefully, they will answer the court.
