I ordered the phone on 27th Jan, received the set on 11th Feb. But did not received the buds pro as promised. Samsun says I can redeam it through samsung members app. But no vouchure available in my app. More than 2 months have passed and samsung agents are not compromising at all. They even not giving me the complaint number. So I have decided to reach the consumer court.
Hopefully, they will answer the court.

I think the gifts with preorders are packed with the device.They are not delivered after the device.

They have changed the system. Now gifits redemption are done through app. Unfortunately, it didn't worked for me.
