Can't find gift banner in benefits

I just got my pre-ordered S22 Ultra and I cannot find Gift's banner in benefits tab. Can anyone tell me how can I confirm either it is already used? Or from where else I can get my voucher?

One idea is that we should wait for 10th of April, because I read somewhere that redemption period is from 10th April to 31st May. But on the other hand, my friend was able to download voucher and he has even ordered gifts.
