I filled form for Buds 2 Pro redemption on 30-Mar-24 but still no contact from Samsung. There is no feedback or acknowledgement which is annoying. Can anyone please guide how long it take to get contacted by Samsung after gift claim?
I also filled out my form on 30 March for Buds FE that comes with S24 ultra. They haven't contacted me as well. Let's keep each other updated on the progress. BTW i saw some posts where people said that they didn't get any confirmation call after filling out the form. Instead, buds very directly delivered to their houses.
