battary drained

hi, my note 10 plus abnormally shuts down when it reached 10% battery.....what could bt the reason

yes this is my plan,,, but just wanted to be sure that there is nothing wrong with the battery cells.....

please avoid to complete battery cycles!

0% to 100% empty and charging make 1 cycle.

if you charge your phone battery when have time than it's best your phone battery


battery maintain must 40% to 90%

with normal temperatures make more life

same issue in my s9 since 6 months my phone does that on 25%. my friends also have the same problem in note 8, s8 etc
