it is of high risk to invest in high end device ,the stability, reliability one gets even after investing 1.25lac in their device is a big issue and after sales service is not to the standard of what Samsung is known for. Being a Samsung loyal customer ,even after the failure of my Samsung Note 10 plus device I proved my loyalty and faith in the brand and bought Samsung Note 20ultra 5g, In just 4months of use of this device I faced the same identical problem of screen burn in /ghost image. Same identical problem in 2 premium device of Samsung flagship Note series and that too in a span of 6months, it is really very hard to believe. And nowafter it will be even scary to think of invedting in any premium product of this brand. I can offer my handset to the R&D team from Samsung for a case study without expecting anything back in return, so in future they can give a stable and a reliable device to loyal members of Samsung family. After couple of decades of using Samsung series, I am feeling a need of looking for some reliable alternate brand

But one feels being cheated after facing the same identical problem in both Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra 5g. Even after paying such a heavy amount ,the quality is substandard and the solution provided to it is even worst, I guess the Note series will be a turnaround series for Samsung and a real downfall of the brand atleast in the Mobile section

I would like to know when the screen burn happens? It must be when the display is the same for more than an hour or so at above medium brightness, like while using Google maps for so long. You must know that screen burn is an issue with amoled displays in general. However, it usually happens after 2 year or so.
Do one thing install and run the " dead pixel fix" app for an hour or so. It will fix your issue somewhat.

I tried every possible thing. it is an permanent kinda thing. no software can bring it bak to life. the same thing happened with my Note 10 plus after the use of 5 months. and the same thing is repeated with my Note 20 ultra after the use of mot more than 4months. of one is investing sucha hefty amount, he is liable to expect a stable handset. Samsung is just started loosing its edge!

here the R&D team has to prove their existence. if one is charging sucha hefty amount for handset, he is accountable

U might have to introspect about why this happens repeatedly to you only. That too this fast. There has to be something with your usage pattern. I am hearing this kinda issue for the first time. I have been using Samsung for quite some time now. U must be using a stagnant screen like home page/google maps at high brightness for so long.

In near future there will be lots of such cases if Samsung doesn't find a solution to it. it is a big flaw in them. At this price a quality product is expected, My daughter uses iPhone and her usage is much more rough thn mine. I guess, this is where the quality check comes, and it shows who is more serious about it.

Qualify "rough" usage. My s20fe 5g is used up to 6 hour SOT every single day.No issues.

Ok so i have been using Note 10 plus since the launch i.e. from August 2019 and its almost 2 years now and just before writing this issue i opened my dialer and typed *#0*#
This code enables us to test our phone so i tried all the 3 colors Red, Green, Blue and i am not able to see even a single screen burn or ghost marks.. However everyone usage is different and i am sure i fall into heavy usage with alot of screen on time daily..

Anyways as far as your issue is concerned you must try visiting service center and get your display replaced.. If the service center is not able to help you contact on the above mentioned email id.. you will have to be patient they respond within 48 hours or so and i am sure they will take care of it if the service center is not able to replace the display. Since note 20 ultra was launched in august last year i presume your device is still under warranty and i think you should act immediately as this process might take upto 15 days. Hope this helps. All the best ✌💥
