Note 10 Software Updates

My Note 10 has not received any software updates since last November. Has anybody received Android 12 or a latest Security update ?

Bro check this out,  already released Android 12 & security updates, but your phone rooted or career locked may be it's not getting official software update

Many firmwares were released after your last update. Including Android 12.
Give a reset to your device and check for the updates. If not available, visit a Samsung service center near to you.

Do you use a Note 10 ? Or do you know anyone who uses to double check before resorting to a hard reset ?

I'm using Note 10+ bro. I'm getting monthly updates as usual and got OneUI 4.1 also. You can check from yourself about the released firmware from here.

Select your model number and SLK to check.
Also, I'm not 100% sure the hard reset will solve the issue. I'm more suggesting to get expert support from a service center.
