Finger print

I placed glass screen protector on my screen and now my note20 ultra is unable to detect my finger print. Any solution except removing screen protector?

special screen protector use for Samsung s10, s20, note10, note 20 series because these devices have sonic fingerprint not an optical fingre print. Local screen protector cause error...

just use UV glass Protector and install it by any expert in market .I have s10 plus and only uv glasses support fingerprint function

what is the advantage of this UV protector....are they available for all devices or not?

400 to 600 rupees. only available for curved glass phones.

Turn on the touch sensitivity option in display settings of the phone. If if still doesn't work. Register a new finger print with the new screen protector on and remove the previous one.

if u r using uv glass screen protector than remove ur fingerprint prints u previously add than add new
and if u r using anyother kind of screen gard than replace it with uv or jelly sheet
