About upgrade of one ui 3.0

I want to suggest samsung to give update of one ui 3.0 with android 11 to Samsung Galaxy Note 9 also.

It has been 3 years since it was launched and I don't think that it would be receiving it but it might because samsung is changing its policy for it's previous flagships.
