Hello, i just want to clear some things about note 20 ultra n986n uptades because my ohone latest uptade is android 11 and no one come after this how i upgrade my phone on android 13

So basically i also have note 20 ultra and the latest update of it is Android 13 One ui 5.1 exynos and snap dragon both so you I'll to get your phone checked by authorised service center

Phone might be rooted, or you missed two updates in a row. Only one possibility with 30% chances is factory reset.
