Samsung makes very bad quality of Amoled screens. It's a very old issue of screen burn in Samsung phones. Mostly happens after completion of warranty. My suggestion is to change the phone company so than Samsung will realize their mistakes.

Please visit the nearest Samsung service center and get it checked. Do backup your phone

If your phone is in warranty you van get it replaced for free, if not sadly paying for display change at service center is the only option.
