Earphone and Bluetooth problem in A32

After recently updating my Samsung a32, i am facing Bluetooth connectivity problem and in-call earphone problem. My Bluetooth ear buds are unable to connect to my phone's Bluetooth. Cant here any sound from earphone. Kindly share the solution. Thanks 😊

Try restarting the phone, if that doesn't work, go into settings and search reset settings. Do that, it will reset you phone's connection settings.

Yes i have scanned almost 20 times

If not then off the bluetooth 0ne or two sec then on it again its scan auto and your bluetooth device name show in your PH then tap that name and boom its show a pairing popup tap ok or Yes and conect bluetooth

Not just Bluetooth earphones but the earphone of mobile has also stopped working. Any help from samsung?

Same issue with me. Samsung shoud fix it
