indisplay fingerprint sensor not working after applying screen protector

I just got A31. For safety i got tempered glass protector. But the problem is that now my indisplay fingerprint sensor is not working. Anyone facing this issue?

on tempered glass sometimes on screen finger print not working. try to change glass and then see.

i tried 2 different kinds of glass but issue remained, will try jelly sheet. dont know if A31 comes with gorilla glass protection.

try thin tempered glass instead of comparatively thick glass ....i had had same issue when i bought it

After apply tempered glass,
Remove your old fingerprint data and again register your fingerprint with tempered glass..
You'll face no issue thenn

it dosent register the fingerprint. i guess i will just take the protector off.
