help I cannot install buxby voice in A31

I just got Samsung A31 I have tried many methods to install Bixby voice so I can use it like I use to in my Note 9, but i am unable to install Bixby in A31 any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance and if anyone can post a link from where i can read complete step by step info on how to install Bixby voice in A31 but nothing seems to work.

Other companies brand provide android 11 to there phones even mid range phones get the update of android 11 last month. Also other brands have lots of advance features in their phones. But Samsung is so slow to provide updates. I am thinking to change the brand and deciding to purchase poco F3.
