heating problem

On my A31 

In these day if I'm use 30min or 40 min in blanket thn my mobile get heat up 38 to 40 temperature why

 What can I do

it's usually happens when your device updated to the newer version or security patches, Reset your device once (create backup your data before resetting). Visit nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to reinstall the operating system or Wait for next software update,....

Follow these things to reduce heating issues in your phone
1. Install only necessary applications
2. don't install unnecessary apps which is can make device lagging
3. Don't use device while its charging
4. If u have received the updates dont update it immediately wait for other users experiences post update
5. Keep enough space on device which is help you device functionality smoother

i have been using A31 since August 2020 but nothing found it to become hot as u are describing
