camera recording problem

Do anyone know the solution? When i record any video from my A20 it doesn't play and gives error.  I have already factory reset the mobile but still facing errors. Please help

have you tried playing the videos in a 3rd party app like KM player or MX Player ?
if they dont play in other players too then you need to visit samsung service centre for warranty claim

btw since when you start facing this problem ?

make sure high efficiency video option is turned off from camera settings ,other wise the videos do not play on third party apps or other phones.
