Volte issue

Dear samsung officials i am change my sim. But still volte option not show jazz network representatives told me your phone have an issue. Please tell me the solution.

1.Go to settings
2. Select connections
3. Select mobile networks
4. You will see the option for enabling Volte turn it on and it will surely work
On the other hand if its not working try turning your phone on in safe mode and try resetting all network settings

When i use zong sim volte option is show but in jazz sim volte option didnt show

Okay try other than your own jazz sim and if the issue persists then there maybe a software related bug on your phone

Service provider check this issue
