USB type C AKG headset not working

I've Samsung A32 & my charging port works fine but my Sasmung AKG type C heandsfree are not working. Tried disable usb audio routing still nothing works. Any tips?

A52s aur note 8 mein to chal jaate hain type c earphones, ho sakta hai a32 mein option na ho. Koi aur type c earphones laga ke dekho, ho sakta hai earphones hi kharab hon.
