Samsung galaxy a72 shows only charging

My phone after update to android 13 . It ahows only chrging not super fast charging. As i use genuine charger and cable but it ahow on startup that super fast charging but after 5 sec it shows only chrging. Any one knows about?

There is an issue with your charging port in your phone . I faced similar issue with my A71, not after an update or anything but just randomly , it stopped superfast charging, sometimes showed fast charging sometimes only charging, the 5 second thing also occured, try and get it checked at any official samsung dealer, thanks
