Samsung A32 mic issue with speaker

I recently bought samaung A32 and realized on call that when I am on speaker the other person cant hear me. While the mic is working fine on normal calls and also on recordings and camera. Already checked the hole on the top side but it was open and not covered. Please help me if it is a software bug

It's has not ANT and ANC

It has ANC with dedicated mic

Your mic is covered with your protector so see where you mic and remove your protector from there and check its working
