I have a Samsung Galaxy A32, but I still haven't call & screen recording facility. What is the solution?

Diagnose your A32 and then tell

First it will directly start diagnostics test (full) but then you should stop it immediately and you will receive this page and click this icon on mic and then check. It will tell you either your mic is normal or you need an action.

There is no mic issue, I have diagnosed it, all is best. But I have no screen recording feature and call recording feature.
