I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A07 from [Shop Name] on [12 /01/2026]. The phone has a warranty.
The issue is that when using the speakerphone during calls, my voice is not heard, although recording and normal calls work fine.
I request that this problem be addressed promptly and my phone be repaired or replaced under warranty.
