Network problem

Can anyone tell that why I can't use 4g on my device Samsung A52? I have jazz sim even though it is 4g sim and Lte is enabled in settings. Whenever I open data 2g works only. I have highlighted the areas in the picture below.

Maybe contacting Jazz could resolve the issue.
Some sim cards enable only 3G, but I don't know if there are some that are only 2G.
First, check the same sim in a different phone to identify if the issue is in sim or in the phone.

My brother have a32 and has jazz sim, I cant see any issue in his phone
