Hello friends I have samsung galaxy a15. I am using 2 sim.when I turned on Sim 1 data it's connected but when I going to turned on sim 2 data it not connected.
Kindly guide me what to do I use all three tricks which r mentioned on samsung community but still unable to connect.
Fst open setting check your mobile networks then check network mode make which one sim you used 1 or 2 make sim 1 u used data then taka check network mode fst sim 1ir2 tak 5g or 4g And check your mobile settings and type
No 1 . Check sim card manager Then seen mobile data check which one sim card data you used taka sim 1 or 2
