Fingerprint not working

Fingerprints sensors on galaxy A32 seems to be null and avoid as phone unlocks by putting any non registered finger. I have restored my device, clean all the data and renewed by adding and removing it again and again but not working...

 Any solutions??

I guess you should remove biometric data and then again re Scan

I didn't remove biometric data i just just want to register fingerprint but it doesn't work finger not registered
