Find my mobile option is not working as expected

I am not able to track my mobile from one to another. It asks for two step otp value to approve.incase of mobile lost how could I track it and lock or erase the data. Please help me with this issue earliest and your help will be appreciated.

You can use the samsung find app which is available in the galaxy store

I had purchased two mobiles and I want to check the status or location of another mobile. Which I was able to do till afternoon. Later it started asking google randomly generated number to authorize in another mobile. In this case how could I locate mobile and erase or lock it if it's stolen

Please go to Google play store and download Find My Device app in both Galaxy devices then connect to each other. Then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

How both devices connect each other. Suppose if I want to check from windows laptop how can I check the device location or erase or ring the phone

Oh no.. that will not be the case since one is used by my wife another one is with me with different email ids
