Charging Issue

My mobile battery is not charging after the software update. Whenever I connect it to the charger, the charging starts turning on and off.

Which charger are you using, 45 watt or 25 watts? Are you using the original Samsung charger? This problem will not happen again.

I have used these chargers. Earlier I used to charge. But now the charger is not charging the battery. Now I am charging the mobile battery with a simple charger. Which takes a lot of time to charge the battery. You can say that the mobile is not supporting any high voltage charger. Whether it is 25 volts or even more.

Samsung phones doesn't support all 25 watt charger. Use Samsung charger, original is better but expensive. I am using 1st copy Samsung charger 25watt and it is working Fine for an year.
To help you further when i use 33W charger of Infinix my A15 doesn't support it and charge slower.
