Call record feature in not available in my galaxy A15. How to get it or any alternative ways???

Dose this phone TRCSL approved device or non TRCSL approved hand carried device.

Some certain countries call recording prohibited by the government. If those devices are brought down from those countries, you will not have this feature even you can not install a 3rd party app for call recording since it will not record.

What is your phones current region.(Can be found from phone's settings>about phone> system information> Service provider software version. ) ?

Does your phone has an multi-csc rom?

Changing the CSC will solve the problem. But it is not recommended there could be a risk of data loss.
