Hello,
I would love to help.
Please mark this comment as a solution as it helps a lot. Also, make sure to only take information from a trusted Member.
To potentially fix your Charging issue you can try one of the solutions below:
Resetting your Smartphone can help resolve many issues.
1. Navigate to Settings>General Management>Reset>Factory Data Reset
*Please backup your data as this procedure results in loss of data.
That should fix any problems you are running into.
However if you don't want to reset and lose data, there are other solutions, so bear with me.
Wiping System Cache can help with many glitches here and there with the software.
2. a) Power of you Galaxy Smartphone.
b) When powered off fully, press and hold the Power and the Volume Up Buttons together.
c) Now you will enter the Recovery Mode. Here, select Wipe System Cache. Maneuver using the Volume Up/Down buttons.
d) Select OK.
This may resolve some other issues too, that is, if you're facing them.
Background app Memory Usage can degrade battery life. Make sure you trust the apps you have downloaded. Adding Sleeping Apps can also help.
3. Navigate to Settings>Device Care>Battery>Sleeping Apps.
Add some sleeping apps that stay in the background for a lot of time/drain the battery.
One of the easiest things to do is simply restart you Smartphone. Restarting can help resolve many issues.
Hope it helped. If you were satisfied mark this as a solution, it helps a lot.
If the issue persists, wait for a Software Update. Patches may be the fix. Dont hesitate to reply and I'll be there soon.
Thank you.
