I trusted Samsung, but now I Regret My Choice

Subject: Charging Issue – Adapters Keep Failing & Disappointment with Samsung

Dear Samsung Support,

I have always been a huge fan of Samsung, even though in my area (within a 10 km radius), there are hardly any Samsung users. Most people around me prefer other brands like Vivo and repeatedly advised me to buy from them. However, I chose Samsung because I trusted the brand.

Now, just two months after purchasing my phone, I regret my decision. Samsung did not provide an adapter in the box, forcing me to buy one separately. Unfortunately, my first adapter stopped working, and now my second adapter has also failed within two months.

What I Have Tested:

The cable is working fine (USB-C to USB-C and charges other devices).

Another adapter is charging my phone, so the phone is not completely unresponsive.

The second adapter worked initially but suddenly stopped working.

I have tested different wall sockets, but the issue persists.

My Concerns:

Why doesn’t Samsung provide an adapter in the box when other brands still do?

Why do Samsung adapters fail so quickly, while my friends’ non-Samsung chargers have lasted for 4+ years?

How can I get a 100% original Samsung charger that actually lasts?

Is this issue covered under warranty?

I feel embarrassed because I proudly defended Samsung, yet my brand-new phone has already caused me wasted money and frustration. Please provide a solution because this experience is making me reconsider my choice.

Sir, you did not receive an answer. I personally recommend three chargers:

1. Anker 30W or 45W.
2. Ugreen 30W, 35W, 45W, 65W, etc.
3. Baseus 30W.
