These changes was introduced in OneUi 4.1.1 update.

It will show fast/super fast charging for 5 seconds after connecting a charger, After 5 seconds it will show only charging, However to see acurate charging information go to settings > Battery and device care > Battery.

Charging UI is changed now by Samsung in recent OTA update, Now you will see only charging instead of fast or super fast charging.
