I keep my cell in pocket during riding but when i take it out to use the screen of cell phone stops responding and after sometime i gets normal... can someone tell me how to solve this issue? My cell is running on UI 5.1

Turn off accidental touch protection from settings. And then check.

If you wear jeans, try to keep your mobile in pocket in a way that screen doesn't face skin/body. Back side of mobile must be on skin/body side.
