Why is the touch sensitivity of my A04 device low?

Phone එක ගත්ත දවසෙම තමයි screen protector එකත් දැම්මෙ. එදා ඉඳලම මේ අවුල තියෙනවා.. touch sensitivity එක ටිකක් අඩුයි🙁

Screen protector එක remove කරලා බලන්න. Screen එකයි screen protector එකයි අතර air layer එකක් තියනවා නම්, ඒක touch sensitivity එක අඩු වෙනවා.

ඔය screen protector එක remove කරලා, touch sensitivity එක ඒත් අඩුයි නම්, hardware issue එකක් වෙන්න පුළුවන්.

මගේ comment එකෙන් ඔයාට යම් කිසි උපකාරයක් උනා නම්.  Comment එකේ 3 dot menu ඒක click කරලා,  solution එකක් හැටියට accept කරන්න.

Hi, Try to check the issue from samsung members > suppot > Phone diagnostic > Touch screen. Thank you.

This must be a problem of screen protector. Try removing ingredients it.
