It's not partiality It's just how economics work, your cheap phones are getting updates only because people buy flagship phones, there's almost no margin or cheap phones, flagship phones is what makes company enough money where they can start paying their software developer for system updates. This is how It's always been since first Galaxy s came. Lower tier phones are given reduced features not because of some partiality but because they can't handle all these features, imagine if they do give all these features and then the phone becomes slow, then people will complain even more.

A52s is a cheap phone? 🙄
Other manufacturers charge atleast ₹5-10k less for the same features. A52s is getting updates not because of any flagship device, but because of the hefty price Samsung took from customers for a mediocre device like A52s.

Yes a 52 s is a cheap phone, any phone under 50k is mid tier phone. Samsung is charging extra because Samsung phones have better hardware, features apart from small gimmick will always be same because at the end all phone are running same android. The super amoled screen on Samsung is far superior to any other phone not to mention battery and such. If you don't want a mediocre phone buy s series, you will see the difference. S series gets one update per month minimum.

You don't seem to know the difference between a cheap phone and a mid range phone. ₹32k might be a cheap amount for you, but it's definitely not cheap for atleast 70% Indians smartphone users. The super amoled screen used on Samsung midrange devices are no better than the super amoled used on Oppo/Vivo/Xiaomi midrange devices. They all buy the same amoled panels from Samsung. Stop spending too much time on reading misleading and delusional comments on Reddit and GSMArena and do some market research. The only thing good about Samsung midrange devices is the software. Rest all the competitors offer better hardware at the same price. Samsung charges extra because they spend tons on advertisement and marketing unlike Xiaomi, OnePlus, Realme etc. They know people will pay for their brand name regardless of the quality. You can go on to argue as much as you like and prove yourself to be the biggest Samsung fanboy, but it won't change the fact. There's a reason Samsung is slowly losing ground to Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme when it comes to low and midrange segment. And it's not gonna be long before Chinese brands start giving competition on the flagship segment. Huawei was already causing a nightmare to Samsung before the USA and Qualcomm banned it.

Yes, because the world should run according to indian standards, 32k is cheap, 50k is midrange, flagship are 1l+. You might not like it but it's the reality of today. Sooner you accept it the better.

32k is not a cheap amount in India. And FYI every manufacturer operating in India keeps the price keeping "Indian standard" in mind. That's why Netflix charges $19 in the USA and ₹699 in India. ₹50k is midrange and ₹32k is cheap? Don't say this out loud or people will definitely think you are insane. No sane person will call ₹32k cheap. You're straight up acting as fat a.s.s rich but deep inside you know you live in a ghetto.

You need a lot of research kiddo. The reason iphones price is so high in India is not because of USD to INR conversation or "International price standard" but because of the excise department charging a hefty amount for importing products from outside India which is against Make In India policy. There's a reason why Apple wants to set up manufacturing plants in India. But that logic is not applicable for Samsung as Samsung already manufacturers Indian units in India and also receives government subsidy as per Make In India policy. Stop arguing if you don't have any knowledge about the topic you are arguing on.
