See i told you it will not be rolling out today as you said that it will be released on Saturday which is today. The policy of Samsung regarding OTA is simple release between Monday and Thursday not on weekend
I'm not sure cause Samsung usually release updates for Middle East on Thursday every month, it's their policy first they release it in Korea then rest of the regions of the world, let's see what happens
