I have noticed that everytime i restart my phone the force dark mode is always reset to default off, why?

Has anyone come across this issue?When I connect my Bluetooth earphones and my phone connects automatically the caller cannot hear me at all, whether it's normal call or WhatsApp call.What is the problem?
