Great news!!! After all the followups for 2 months, finally samsung replaced cradle for buds 3 pro. Only to see the same issue again after 2 days. Its making fun of itself. Samsung has become a joke. Never buying any product from this company again...
I bought my buds 3 pro a month back. It was working all fine. Now all of a sudden it has stopped charging completely. Both case and buds don't charge at all. I see continous blinking of red light on case. Please someone advise what can be done.

The service centre cleaned the buds 3 pro wirh acetylene solution and it worked for somewhile ,now after 2 days it's the same story again. Stopped charging again. Really fed up of samsung service nowadays.
